Imaging was performed at the Barking Spider
Observatory located in Castro Valley, CA. All images were acquired using
Equinox Image which controlled an SBIB ST-2000XM as well as a filter
wheel and adaptive optics unit. The telescope used was a standard Celestron
SCT (280 mm aperture, f/6.3). Generally, five to 10 guided five minute
LRGB exposures were obtained, stacked using Nebulosity, and then minimally
processed using Nebulosity or Photoshop CS3. In the case of the Horsehead
Nebula, eight five minute H-alpha exposures were processed as described
above.
